Acceptance
By using Keyring you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Keyring is
Keyring is a personal and family asset book: technical passports, service and fuel logs, part lifespan tracking, maintenance schedules and warranty or insurance documents for cars, homes and appliances.
Shared assets
People you add to an asset can view or edit it (and any child devices attached to it) depending on the role you give them. Removing a member or deleting the asset ends their access.
Your account
You need an invitation and a FAMHQ account to use Keyring. You are responsible for the security of the email address you sign in with. You may delete your Keyring account at any time from the Profile screen; deletion is permanent.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit it solely to provide the service to you. Do not use Keyring to store or share illegal, harmful or infringing content.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to access any part of the service or other people's data without permission.
- Do not overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Service availability
We aim to keep Keyring available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Keyring is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
